Course Overview

This programme is in collaboration with Preface. PREFACE is a tech enabling and education company that empowers corporates and individuals to navigate rapidly evolving technology for success in a fast-changing world.

The next stage of AI adoption is not simply using chatbots, but building AI-enabled workflows that can reason, retrieve information, trigger actions, and support business processes. Participants will learn how AI agents differ from basic prompts, how agentic workflows are structured, and how to design a simple prototype using workflow logic, prompts, information sources, and human approval steps.

The programme is designed for learners who want to move from AI awareness into practical AI workflow building.

Course benefits

Learning outcomes:

By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:

• Explain what makes an AI agent different from a chatbot.

• Design an agentic workflow using triggers, inputs, tasks, outputs, and human review points.

• Build or simulate a basic no-code / low-code AI workflow prototype.

• Test and refine AI workflow outputs.

• Identify privacy, accuracy, and governance considerations.

• Present an AI prototype concept and implementation roadmap.

Learner deliverables:

• Agentic Workflow Canvas.

• Prototype or prototype simulation.

• Testing and risk checklist.

• Implementation roadmap.

• Capstone presentation.
